A proven track record of sound judgement and effective decision making, strong inter-personal and relationship building abilities, tact and diplomacy, with the ability to listen and engage effectively.

We would particularly welcome people with Clinical/Medical and/or Fundraising/Marketing experience, but this is not essential. We offer a tailored induction, the opportunity to learn new skills and the satisfaction that you are helping people in your local community.

The Mary How Trust values diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive culture. We actively encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, abilities and cultures and believe that a diverse workforce including our volunteers will help us to achieve our mission. Should you need any adjustments to this recruitment process, either at application or interview stage, please let us know.

The role of a Trustee is voluntary.

Please do get in touch with our CEO Lynda Vowles for a candidate pack, would like to apply or if you would like an informal chat or have any questions about the role.
